Ordering with confidence

We provide high-quality frames and lenses and offer an affordable alternative to buying glasses on the high street. However, we realise that buying on the internet can be a bit daunting. That's why we offer a guarantee that eliminates any risk, or uncertainty you may feel.

Our Guarantee

Prior to us dispatching your glasses, we will check the prescription is correct and check for any defects. If, in the unlikely event your glasses arrive with a defect, we will replace them free of charge. Simply return your glasses with a message stating what was wrong with them and we will arrange the replacement.

Delivery

We will aim to send out all orders within 6-28 working days of receiving your order and prescription. Some glasses can take longer, due to the prescription. Some orders may be delayed if a copy of a prescription is required. Delivery of the goods will take place to the Delivery address provided on your order form. Delivery of all goods must be to a valid UK or international address and any dates specified by The Glasses Man for delivery are intended to be an estimate only.

We will attempt to deliver goods within a reasonable time; however delivery may take up to 28 days depending on circumstances. The Glasses Man cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer or any other third party.We will advise you of the progress and dispatch of your order and will contact you if, there are any problems or delays. Dispatch times will vary, with standard delivery taking up to 3-5 working days and special delivery taking 1-2 working days.
